Taken many many moons ago, now gone this was meant to be the Fighter version of the Tornado but was actually 'worse' than the original..
Thats a very quick summery putting it down really, it wasn't bad just under powered..
It is I believe still be used for missile testing.. (Up till a short while ago at least).
This was taken at the RAF Waddington Airshow 2008, that is an USAF aircraft behind..
No more Waddingtons now folks, they slipped that out end of last year quietly..

I bet it was those that used to fly over the roof of my cottage from Chivenor at goodness knows what speed and wake up the sheep and start my little dog off barking
